New Senior Observer

Congratulations to C Team leader Geoff Abraham in passing his Senior Observer test this morning with Staff Examiner Robbie Downing.

This is the third successful SO test for BAM in 2009 following Oz Warren & Al Budden earlier in the year.

All of this is no mean feat requiring enormous commitment from trainees & trainers alike. We, BAM, expect a return in kind from every SO.

Several more long serving and experienced Observers are working towards the SO goal. This is addition to other QO's earmarked for training.

It is a long and dedicated process (for all of us) with the highest level of Observing skills required along with riding skills up there with Police Advanced level. Senior Observer is NOT a longevity medal NOR a badge to collect!

So well done again Geoff.
